Tom Neill – Vice President of Operations

 

Tom Neill is the Vice President of Operations at Xcentric, where he applies operational best practices and lean manufacturing to lead the operations unit in providing outstanding delivery and service to customers. Tom has worked in a variety of Operational leadership and Plant leadership roles for domestic and international operations in a diverse set of industries, including automotive, information technology products, and other industrial products.

Prior to joining Xcentric, Tom was the Director of Operations for Watts Water Technologies, a leading global manufacturer of plumbing, heating, and water quality products and solutions. Tom spent 18 years at TI automotive and also spent time at Hewlett Packard implementing MRP solutions for manufacturing clients.

Tom has a Bachelor’s degree from Oakland University.
